Don't be Tribalist!!!

A young passionate youth who is also an Evangelist by name Evangelist Prince Maduabuchi has written a heart touching appeals to all Nigerians both young and old to think deeper and reconsider our decisions and do the right things as the future depends on it.

His words:
So long as I have decided not to join a vast number of ministers who debates and talks about Nigeria politics and politician on a daily basis,  I think it's high time we called a spade a spade.  I listened with a rapt attention to an invited guest on a television programme,  (Identity concealed) . This invited guest made some disturbing speech that are rather absurd and inimical to the ears of the listeners, and I quote "we are the majority, our religion permits us to take more wives and bear as many children as possible,  we don't practice family planning like them and very soon we shall dominate Nigeria". A nation with some set of religious bigot whose mentality is to keep on electing and re-electing individuals who has been  caged by shallow knowledge of what humanity is even all about.
Today the sermon we hear every Sunday on our various pulpits is "get a PVC against 2019 with a sole aim of voting PMB out of office "while those of the other religion are echoing in the crowd, we will vote for PMB again, even when they know he lacks capacity, wisdom and direction to pilot the affairs of this great nation. His incompetence and weakness is so magnified that even a daft knows he's taking us no where. Now the question is, who will do it better? When Jonathan was there, he messed up the economy with his corrupt cabinet yet the Christians want him to come back because he is a Christian, now the Muslims want Buhari to recon test because he's their brother!!! Are we not in trouble in this country? Apartheid they say is a crime to humanity....... Rally is going on everywhere on our local TV channels while the lands of Benue, Yola, Taraba among others is undergoing blood bath and massacre of innocent citizens whose daily aim is to make ends meet.

Peace is an olden days poem in this country, my generation has never experienced one just because of greed, sectionalism, tribalism, religious wrong teachings, tyrannies and corruption.  God listen to your innocent people whose blood cries out for vengeance every day, those who are still under the attack and barbaric killings of dreaded herdsmen, we are  neither on the side of a Muslim nor a Christian leader, all we need is a God fearing leader who knows the need of time and how to put smiles on the faces of a commoner not the elites alone.

People shouldn't be voted in the name of religion, tribe and ethnicity. I think they should be voted with regards to their past records, behavioral norms and attitudes because I could remember that PMB has issued several words of threat even before he was finally elected. Nigerians 2019 is around the corner again, be wise and use your PVC wisely to avoid another 4years of misery .

I therefore join my voice to say, God will not come down to vote for our leaders for us rather we all need look beyond our selfish desires and realise that decision has been bestowed upon us and its high time we for once made the right choice with selling our pride and dignity.
