Mother Beats Baby to During Deliverance

Wonders shall never end! A seven month-old baby has been reportedly killed by its mother, Evelyn Jacobs, who believed the child was possessed by a demon and tried to perform Deliverance on him for two days.
A South-African Magistrate’s Court also revealed that suspect also had an accomplice named Emmanuel Welcome.
The court heard that the infant allegedly suffered ongoing abuse for about two and a half days in the hands of Jacobs and Welcome.
Detective Constable Kgositsile Taolo, explained that the incident occurred after Welcome told the mother that her child was possessed by demons.

Former Ogun Deputy Governor joins the Governorship Race

A former deputy governor in Ogun State, Senator Adegbenga Kaka, has declared his intention to join the governorship race in the state. He made the declaration on Monday at the Nigeria Union of Journalists, Ogun State council secretariat at Oke Ilewo, Abeokuta. He said as Ogun State “stands today, there is ample room for improvement in agriculture, education, healthcare, employment and empowerment of our youth and female folks, rural development, sports and tourism. “I am your man, I have the experience, the integrity and commitment.” he added. Kaka was the deputy to the former governor of the state, Chief Olusegun Osoba, and a former Senator who had represented Ogun East in the upper chamber.
